Terms and Conditions: Non-Refundable Deposit
1. Purpose of the Deposit A deposit is required to secure the services of Bn'C Hospitality & Entertainment Management for your scheduled event. This deposit ensures that your requested time frame is reserved specifically for you and covers initial administrative and preparation costs.
2. Non-Refundability By paying this deposit, the Client acknowledges and agrees that the deposit is strictly non-refundable. Because Bn'C Hospitality & Entertainment Management turns away other potential clients and begins preparation upon receipt of the deposit, the deposit will not be returned under any circumstances, including but not limited to client cancellation, change of mind, or unforeseen client circumstances.
3. Application to Final Balance The deposit amount will be fully credited toward the total final balance of the agreed-upon services or products. The remaining balance must be paid in full by the invoice date.
4. Client Cancellation If the Client cancels the agreement or services at any time, Bn'C Hospitality & Entertainment Management will retain the non-refundable deposit as liquidated damages to cover the lost business opportunity and preparatory work. If cancellation occurs within 7 days of the scheduled service, the Client may also be responsible for additional cancellation fees.
5. Rescheduling
Permitted Rescheduling: If the Client needs to reschedule, they must provide notice at least 14 days prior to the scheduled date. The deposit may be transferred to a new date agreed upon by both parties, provided the new date falls within 12 months of the original date.
Late Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests made less than 13 days before the scheduled date will be treated as a cancellation, and a new deposit will be required to secure a new date.
6. Provider Cancellation In the unlikely event that Bn'C Hospitality & Entertainment Management must cancel the agreement due to unforeseen circumstances, illness, or emergencies, the Client will be issued a full refund of the deposit within 14 business days.
7. Agreement and Acknowledgment Payment of the deposit constitutes the Client's full understanding and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
